Chris Forte

Chris joined Mahoney in the fall of 2006 and is primarily responsible for driving the company's growth in the Route 202 Corridor including Chester and Delaware Counties.  Chris specializes in the sales and leasing of office and flex properties.

Before joining Mahoney Realty Group, Chris worked in the field of non-profit fundraising on behalf of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, The Haverford School, and The Elmwood Zoo.  While working at these respected organizations, Chris constantly exceeded targeted goals.

Chris is also very heavily involved in volunteer work.  He and three friends established The Pumpkin Patch for Kids Foundation in the summer of 1998.  The foundation raises money for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, more specifically, the Palliative Care Unit at the Hospital and has been recognized as one of the top eight charities in Philadelphia by Philadelphia Magazine.  Along with this, Chris is also on the board of three other non-profit organizations and helps coach three sports in the Catholic Youth Organization.

Chris graduated from The Haverford School in 1994 and Saint Joseph’s University in 1998 with a degree in marketing and business administration.  Chris is an avid golfer and when not trying to sneak a couple holes in, he enjoys spending time with his wife of five years and son Jackson at their Gladwyne home.
